      Laser cutting principle: the high temperature generated by high energy density laser beam melts the gap of cutting material, so as to realize cutting. Therefore, the metal material to be cut is not easy to be too thick, otherwise the heat affected zone may be too large to be cut.

      Laser cutting has a wide range of applications. It can cut most metals without being limited by shape.

      Traditional wire cutting principle: molybdenum wire is used to cut metal wire and energized to produce high-temperature cutting material for cutting, which is usually used as a die. The heat affected zone is more uniform and smaller. Thick plates can be cut, but the cutting speed is slow, only conductive materials can be cut, and the construction surface is small.

      The disadvantage is that there are consumables and the processing cost is higher than that of laser cutting.
